We have been a soy sauce manufacturer for more than 65 years and we have mechanized the hygienic preparation to enhance the traditional enzymatic fermentation process since 1987. We are a company that combines traditional with modern technology. Our soy sauce is naturally brewed. All of its protein is derived from the soy beans. There is no adulteration with chemically - made proteins or biologically or chemically hydrolyzed protein.
